• We currently ship within the United States only.
• Processing times vary depending on the level of customization. Estimated timeframes will be provided at checkout or via email.
• Once a package is shipped, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by postal carriers.
• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate — we are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once work has begun.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email healingfromthehill@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue in good faith.
